    Need modeling of curved wing walls

    Currently in OBM wingwalls can only be modeled straight (and skewed). We need to be able to model curved wing walls, i.e. on a horizontal curve.

    Deed Writer Reports

    The ability to use native html attributes in Deed Writer XML report would be useful. Also, having it save out as something other than just a text file. All the other reports are xsl format that can be styled to look at particular way.

    Allow option to set rounding of civil labeler to std or round up.

    Pipe lengths and some other items are generally rounded up to nearest foot for quantities so to get the label to match the quantity we would need to hand modify the label.
