Add option to choose between a vertical offset and a parallel offset for profiles

The profile offset transition has the ability to do an vertical offset of (a part of) an profile. This is a vertical offset. When the line is horizontal, the parallel offset is constant.

Please add an option to choose between a vertical offset and a parallel.

    This is a bad idea. It is impossible to calculate a parallel offset in the field. Surveyors only stake points / alignment in the horizontal and vertical plane.
