I would like the ability to change the Feature Name of an element that is part of a Complex Element without having to drop the Complex Element.

When editing a Complex Terrain Model, clicking Apply closes the dialog box. The user often wants to make additional edits to the Terrain Model. Allow the dialog box to persist until the user closes it.
