Add option to create complex terrain with only 1 terrain so users can add other terrains later.
At present until there is a simplified process, you can do this by:
Making a copy of the dgn which contains the completed Terrain Model you wish to have as a Complex Terrain.
Open the copied dgn, rename the Terrain Model to something like "Copy_..."
Open a dgn where you wish the Complex Terrain to reside.
Reference these two dgns.
Create a Complex Terrain using the original and the copy terrain model.
Detach the copy dgn reference.
That should be it.
