Add "Arc Length Chorded" to arc properties so it can be annotated in plan
Currently there is no way to annotate the chorded length for arcs that are Chord definition. Adding a new property named "Arc Length Chorded" would allow this.
Allow Plan Annotation>Arc>“Arc Length” property to annotate length for both Arc and Chord Definition curves so that only one text favorite is necessary to annotate curve length if both types of definitions exist in the same alignment.
This is frankly a "Must Have" for the North American Freight Rail Industry. I'm relatively positive most railways, freight and/or industry, define their horizontal curve lengths by Chord Definition.
Currently, the annotation has the ability to calculate the correct PC/PT/SC/CS stationing per chord definition. Not having the ability to easily display the difference in length between these stations is a big miss and will cause issues going forward.
