I would like the ability to create a report definition via some other method and import it in, similar to the functionality that exists for Item Types. I assume Excel, but it doesn't have to be.

Once I found out I can import Item Types from an Excel file, I now have a master excel file where I create and document my Item Type definitions and it has made things significantly better / easier.
