Allow target aliasing to be used for regular corridor components, points, etc. in addition to end conditions.

A specific scenario where this would be useful is setting up a secondary corridor that needs to be editable but also follow the exact geometry of a primary design corridor (IE an MOT corridor that needs to be clipped to match phasing or a bridge clearance cut that needs to update as the roadway geometry updates).

Right now point controls will do this but they take more effort to set up and maintain whereas being able to tell the secondary corridor "go find mainline EOP and match it" as a pre-defined target would be very useful.
