Give warning for invalid display rule expressions/names

When making Display Rules, give a warning when using expressions/names that are not acceptable (i.e. can't use parentheses in the name since they can be used in expressions)

Context Toolbox and Pop-up info added feature

Create a button/command that creates a linked 3D model associated with the active 2D model

When we create a new file we often start with a 2D seed with only one 2D model in it. We often would like to have a linked 3D model associated with that 2D model. It would be great to have a simple button that force creates the linked 3D model.

Feature Definition Toolbar Title

This tool is called "Feature Definition Toolbar" from the tool icons/ribbon menus. The dialogue that pops up is called "Feature Definition Toggle Bar" I suggest changing the title on the dialogue to "Feature Definition Toolbar"

Label all active points in Dynamic XS view

I imagine the interface would look similar to the template library, including the ability to turn off all point names, if desired. I'd still keep the head's up info when hovering on a point.
