Cross Section named boundary by 2 points - Offset Overrides

When we create cross sections for culverts, the cross section often needs to be created at a skew from the centerline. We are able to create these using the 2 Points option. This option, however, is limited. We would like for our cross sections to be exactly 200 feet long, 100 feet from each side of the alignment. When creating a 2 point cross section named boundary, the two points determine those offsets, and there is no way to override those offsets. The only way we can create a skewed cross section that's 200 feet long is to draw a 200 foot long line and use the ends as the data points for the 2 point cross section named boundary. This is a long manual process that I feel should be unnecessary. I would like the option for the 2 points to define the station and 2 offsets, but then have a way to override those offsets so that the named boundary is exactly 200 feet long. Really the two points would then only be used to determine the skew angle.
