Provide the ability to merge adjacent cells within selected Drainage and Utilities profile annotation rows when consecutive conduit sections have matching model property values. The merged annotation should span the combined extent of the matching conduit sections, remove internal vertical dividing lines, display the common property once, and optionally display the summed length of the grouped sections.
