Allow for an OBM bridge to utilize bridge components from a referenced OBM file to create geometry.

Example: A project requires parallel design for steel and concrete beams. Allow OBM "File A" to contain the alignment, profile, deck, and steel beams. Reference this model into "File B", allowing a link to the alignment, profile, & deck from File A without the data needing to exist in File B. Now File B can model the concrete beam alternative without the need for duplicating data from File A.

It would also be helpful to allow elements from File A to be "promoted" into File B for customization if needed. This workflow would be useful for staged construction models, keeping the critical geometry for the structure consistent between all models and allowing models to contain only critical components, eliminating duplicate information.
