We need a way to manually select the vertical alignment (profile element) when creating Profile named boundaries (instead of assuming we want to use the active vertical). In cases where we have divided roadways that follow a shared centerline but have different profile grade lines, we can't easily create the needed sheets since only one of the verticals will be designated as the active vertical.
