It's far from trivial to do this, but if you have time to work on it, you could have an XSLT that generates a script that will place text you're asking for. It does involve saving and blending the XML of a superelevation report and a geometry report and of course constructing an XSLT that does the heavy lifting.
generate an XSL report of superelevation refine that report and import as point, Annotate that point.
Even C3D can do this. Only in circular crossfall changes it goes dramatically wrong.. Bentley take your responsibility and do your Job (right)
The tool should be able to handle ALL annotation elements including slopes, like it did in SS4/SS10 PowerGEOPAK.
