Currently, Drainage and Utilities feature definitions get captured via the CIVIL_CONTENTMANAGEMENTDGNLIBLIST variable within the workspace. Many configurations often use wildcards and file names that lump together features of D&U with road, rail, etc. It is necessary at times to map D&U related features and seeds on a WorkSet level heirarchy to be able to handle project specific customizations without impacting or bloating other projects using the same managed workspace. Having dedicated SUDA_/SUE_ variables will allow more flexibility for users to manage project specific data related to client provided workspaces.
