Option to place beam as the cell.
- In the case where the beam cross section (Template) is changing quite a lot in one span, when there are other elements attached to beam, penetrations in the beam or simply complex geometry of the beam it would be good to create a cell with all the geometry and place it as a cell.

OBM is powerful in calculating beam placement so utilizing the geometry from the OBM tool, however, instead of placing the beam using the OBM template user can create the exact length of the beam and place it as a cell while OBM can model a hidden beam to generate 3D Centre Line to place cell and also workout a geometry to generate bearings etc.
