Add Triangulation Limit Shape to "Create Terrain by Graphical Filter"

We have issues with creating a terrain by graphical filter. The command grabs all filtered features in a file(s) and adds them to a terrain. The problem with this approach is areas with a gap are ignored and triangles span gaps causing one large terrain to be created for the project. Many projects require multiple terrains because not all design areas are connected at times.

Solution :

Add a filtered feature that controls the limit of the area features are selected from. Similar to a fence with only elements in the fence are selected. If this element was filtered like the other features the process could be repeated as changes occur. If the limits needed to be changed the limit control element could be moved or modified. Then the terrain could be reprocessed to account for the changes.

Agreet this would be a game changer. Currently using boundaries to limit the triangulation, but it still reports crossing features outside of the boundary, so you can tell its still pulling in all features in the file. Been wishing for this for years!!

This would be great. Alternatively, it would be really nice if it worked with a fence. (ie. nothing outside the fence would be included in the graphical filter)
