Need the ability to hide ".00" decimal for stationing using the trailing zeros setting. For example, station 100+00.00 would label 100+00. This is available for point offset and I've attached a screenshot of the settings needed.

Currently, the start and stop station text favorite values only exist at creation and are persisted to the drawing model. Therefore, they are not available after the drawing models are created.
